Urban Palace is a fully equipped houseboat on Savski kej in New Belgrade, on Sava river bank. The space has two floors and it’s made for your ultimate pleasure. If you don’t have the time or you don’t want to leave the city – this might be an ideal solution for you. Urban Palace is a perfect space for relaxing, celebrations, and overnight stays with your friends and loved ones, with a 40 people capacity and 10 sleeping beds.
Living room and kitchen
Spacious living room is located on a ground floor and has 3 sofa beds. It’s brightly illuminated during the day, without direct exposure to the sun. It’s divided from the kitchen with the bar space, which might be a connecting point for you and your friends during celebrations. It also has access to a wide terrace with a beautiful river view.
Bedrooms
From the upper level, equipped with three king size beds and a terrace access, you will be enjoying the wonderful river view and the most beautiful sunsets
Bathrooms
The possibility of using 2 bathrooms will certainly give you a lot of comfort, especially during gatherings, celebrations, and overnight stays.
Water terrace
Water terrace is extremely spacious and can accommodate up to 40 persons. It’s equipped with sunbeds, lazy bags, table and chair sets, bar, swinging chair, and a grill set. A special feature that houseboat provides is a possibility of parking a boat, jet-ski or other floating vehicles, so that your guests can join you from a riverside as well. All this can make a perfect summer activity for you, your friends and your loved ones.
Upper terrace
You will have all the privacy you need on the upper terrace, while your guests are having fun downstairs. It’s an ideal spot for a peaceful and quiet beginning of the day.
